Welcome.

Money and mental wellness have a lot in common. Both are deeply tied to notions of survival and power. Both incite fear and resistance as we dare to “do the work”. And both affect us in overtly visible and sneakily invisible ways, seemingly at once.

I have tremendous respect for money: what it has been, what it is today, and what it can become. We have a role to play in money’s unfolding, should we choose to accept it. And we can be greatly served by approaching this through the lens of mental wellness.

I started developing these money practices to support myself and my friends and family to build a new, more empowering relationship with money. And to illuminate how much we can do with the money that flows to and from us, regardless of our absolute means.

I’ve found this work to be most potent when I do it alongside friends and loved ones, so I invite you to grab your people and follow along.

Thank you for being here.
